Delivery

We use Royal Mail to send out all our orders.

Standard delivery costs £4.50

Orders are packed the next working day and should be with you 2-4 working days after this.

Express delivery costs £8.50

Orders are packed the next working day and should be with you 1-2 working days after this. 
Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will get it processed as a priority.

Collection is free (not available for T-shirts)

If you live on or are visiting the Isle of Wight you can collect your order for free from Bembridge (PO35). Pick up address will be given once the order has been placed.

Collection orders will be ready next day, if urgent we will do our best to have your order ready same day, please just drop us an email hello@tealandwren.com

T-Shirts

To ensure we can offer maximum choice with minimum waste, all our T-Shirts are printed to order and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 by our wonderful printing partners.

If you’re ordering other products, you’ll receive a split shipment, with a £4.50 charge for the T-Shirt postage.

Returns

We hope you love your order but if for any reason you change your mind, please contact hello@tealandwren.com within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. 

We cannot accept returns that show any signs of use.

We are unable to refund any delivery costs unless the item is faulty.

Returns must be sent using a tracked service to ensure nothing goes missing. You are responsible for the return delivery costs unless the item is faulty.

Once we have received your return and checked the product has not been used we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
